Ten Brands, One Desk

9 September 2026 · 1 min read · Periplus

Run two shops, or ten, and the same thing happens: a customer of both becomes two people, with two histories, in two tabs that have never met.

On the Purser desk each brand keeps its own room: its own board, its own mailers, its own colour on the chip. The people are one desk. Maya who orders for Harbor Foods and Maya who booked boarding at Blue Kite Pets are one Maya with two order histories, and you switch rooms without typing anything twice.

The rule underneath is one person per human, however many ways they've spelled their email. The desk keeps every source, merges them once, and seals the merge.

3 spellings, one personmaya@harbor.co · m.lee · Maya L. Example data, from the receipt strip on the homepage.

What one desk gives you

One price, one limit

You shouldn't have to buy a second CRM to run a second brand, and a "workspace" that bills by the seat all over again isn't an answer. One desk, as many rooms as you have businesses, one price.

Rooms share people on purpose. If two of your brands must never see each other's customers, run two Pursers. That's a real case, and you'll hear it from us on the call rather than be sold around it.

Bring two of your customer lists, however messy. You'll watch the duplicates turn back into people.
